Graphic Designer

About the role

Cavista Technologies, a technology partner delivering custom software solutions worldwide, is looking for a Graphic Designer in Lagos. The designer creates, refines and manages visual assets across digital, print and brand channels, sets timelines for creative marketing materials and works closely with the Talent Brand Marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, moving smoothly between projects
• Create and update internal and external communication materials
• Illustrate concepts with rough layouts of art and copy for review and approval
• Maintain electronic files and archives of design work, photos and images
• Work with written copy to make infographics, collages, GIFs and graphics
• Manage ongoing talent brand and employer brand marketing projects as requested
• Collaborate with the Talent Brand Marketing Manager on personal and professional growth
• Manage designs across social media for consistent output
• Manage vendor relationships, prepare specifications and obtain estimates
• Ensure design compliance and oversee print production delivery

Required profile

• Digital portfolio showing a wide range of styles
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience
• High degree of self-motivation and discipline, deadline-driven and able to work without supervision
• Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Result-oriented, interested in client engagement, retention and brand management
• Willingness to keep learning and adapt

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• UX/UI design experience is a plus
