Graduate Marketing Executive – Remote (Nigeria)

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, ambitious graduate to join UCM Education as a Graduate Marketing Executive. This remote, full‑time position offers hands‑on commercial marketing experience within a fast‑moving international education recruitment business.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment marketing and candidate‑attraction campaigns, including LinkedIn visibility and talent‑pool engagement.
• Coordinate email outreach, marketing content, and branding initiatives.
• Conduct market and competitor research and track campaign performance.
• Utilise AI‑supported marketing tools to improve efficiency and gradually take ownership of projects.

Required profile

• Strong academic performance (First Class or strong 2:1).
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear, professional communication.
• Intelligent, curious, proactive and quick to learn.
• Interest in marketing, recruitment and business growth.
• Evidence of initiative such as internships, leadership roles or projects.

• Canva for creating visual content.
• CRM systems for candidate database management.
• Email marketing tools.
• AI‑supported marketing workflows.
