German-English Google Workspace AI Personalization Rater

About the role

This remote contractor position focuses on improving AI‑generated email responses for multilingual professionals. You will evaluate how well the system personalizes answers in both German and English, using real professional email history as context.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated replies for relevance, accuracy, helpfulness, and appropriate personalization.
• Compare multiple candidate responses and select the stronger overall option.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, irrelevant recommendations, and subtle inconsistencies.
• Provide clear, detailed written feedback that follows evaluation guidelines while protecting privacy.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in German and professional‑level English.
• At least two years of professional experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Active Google Workspace (Gmail) account with a well‑established inbox containing roughly 1,000+ emails, where German and English each make up at least 30% of the content.
• Ability to work independently, meet a minimum of 4 hours daily with up to 40 hours per week, and overlap with Pacific Time.
