General Manager

About the role

The General Manager will lead LuxuryPrime Real Estate’s operations across all locations, ensuring smooth performance and alignment with strategic objectives. This senior role combines operational oversight with business development to drive growth in the retail and FMCG sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all sites, translating company objectives into operational plans, targets, and KPIs.
• Drive sales, profitability, and continuous improvement while identifying and closing operational gaps.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor performance, compliance with SOPs, and service standards.
• Support senior management on business expansion, new initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and key personnel, setting performance expectations and monitoring staff performance.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, training, and workforce planning.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, cash handling, inventory, and labour expenses.
• Implement controls to minimize theft, fraud, wastage, and other operational risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations or general management within FMCG, retail, or distribution.
• Proven track record managing teams, multi‑site operations, and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of sales, inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
