About the role
The General Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of multiple restaurant outlets in Abuja, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and profitability. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be the driving force behind sales growth and operational excellence across the brand.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across all branches in Abuja.
- Drive sales growth and develop business opportunities.
- Manage and motivate kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
- Maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitor financial performance and optimise profitability.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Strong business development and customer‑service orientation.
- Sharp financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and P&L.
