About the role
The General Manager will lead Haven Brooks Limited’s operations in Abuja, overseeing daily business activities and driving growth within the real estate sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day business operations and departmental performance.
- Drive sales, revenue growth, and achievement of company targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage staff to deliver results.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion.
- Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare regular performance reports for the Managing Director.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, including management experience.
- Proven track record in business development or operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Commercially driven with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Real‑estate experience is an advantage.
