About the role

The VFD Future Leaders Programme is an 18‑month early‑career leadership journey designed to develop the next generation of business leaders across the VFD Group ecosystem. It targets graduates who are curious builders, eager to take ownership, solve problems and execute with excellence. Participants rotate through a strategic career track, work on real business challenges and receive executive mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Work on real business challenges from day one and lead strategic projects with measurable impact.
• Rotate across functions within the chosen career track (e.g., Investment & Capital Markets, Operating Businesses, Corporate & Strategy).
• Collaborate with high‑performing teams across the VFD ecosystem and receive coaching from senior leaders.
• Compete for cross‑border opportunities as a top performer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with at least Second Class Upper (2:1) or equivalent.
• Completed NYSC and no more than two years of post‑graduate work experience.
• Demonstrated academic achievement or leadership potential and passion for solving business problems.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, learn quickly and adapt to change.
