Full Stack Software Engineer with UI/UX Experience

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer who also has strong UI/UX capabilities to help design and develop a proprietary enterprise ERP platform. The role involves building scalable, secure and intuitive applications that support workforce management, business process automation, data analytics and enterprise management.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain frontend and backend components of enterprise software applications.
• Build scalable, secure and maintainable application architecture and reusable components.
• Develop integrated ERP modules for workforce operations, workflow management, reporting and other business functions.
• Create clean, intuitive UI/UX designs using Figma and implement them with React, Next.js, HTML/CSS.
• Develop secure backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or comparable frameworks.
• Design and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Support cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, GCP or similar platforms and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building and deploying functional web applications.
• Practical UI/UX design experience using tools like Figma.
