Full Stack Software Engineer (Flutter) – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer with strong Flutter expertise to join our fintech team in Lagos. You will work on both web and mobile applications, ensuring security, reliability and high performance of our financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain modern web applications using PHP/Laravel, Angular and REST APIs, and mobile apps for Android and iOS with Flutter.
• Write clean, scalable, well‑documented code for front‑end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js) and back‑end (PHP.NET Core, Node.js, Python, C#).
• Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle APEX) and oversee deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean and Cloudways.
• Conduct thorough testing, debug issues, and ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to Agile processes.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and third‑party partners to integrate APIs and deliver user‑friendly features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing web and mobile applications, preferably in fintech.
• Proven full‑stack development experience with a strong focus on Flutter and Laravel.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
