About the role
Xiaomi is hiring a Front Build Manager in Lagos (Marina) to oversee retail site setup, execution and quality within an assigned territory. The role also tracks post-deployment performance and follows up on issues until they are closed.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor retail site setup, execution and quality within the assigned territory.
- Track post-deployment performance, identify issues and follow up until closure.
- Use internal systems and Excel for data tracking, reporting and online reviews.
- Communicate with territory teams to ensure smooth execution.
Required profile
- Fast learner able to quickly master system operations.
- Good communication skills, clear thinking, strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
- Preferred: experience in similar roles or the smartphone industry; experience with other smartphone brands is preferred.
- Chinese language ability is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel with basic data analysis and review skills.
Remuneration is stated as NGN 450,000 per month.
