Food & Beverage Manager – Pre‑opening

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our pre‑opening team at Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja, scheduled to open in 2026. The role will oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring brand standards, guest satisfaction and profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets and stewarding.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, SOPs, hygiene, food and beverage quality and safety regulations.
• Achieve departmental revenue and profitability targets through budgeting, cost control and sales initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop F&B associates, conduct performance appraisals and schedule staff efficiently.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences, handle feedback promptly and build relationships with regular guests and VIPs.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, waste reduction and stock rotation to control costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years progressive Food & Beverage management experience in an international upscale or luxury hotel.
• Experience working for an international or luxury hotel brand, preferably Hyatt or a similar global brand.
