Fleet Supervisor – Daily Operations & Driver Management

About the role

The Fleet Supervisor will oversee daily fleet operations, manage drivers, coordinate truck dispatch and recovery, and ensure compliance with safety standards while working closely with the workshop team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of assigned trucks and drivers to ensure efficient fleet utilization.
• Conduct inventory checks, coordinate dispatch of operational vehicles, and facilitate movement of non‑operational trucks to the workshop.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle accessories, assets, and coordinate handovers.
• Liaise with the Workshop Supervisor for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Report and document accidents, breakdowns, and road incidents; coordinate recovery activities.
• Monitor driver performance and enforce disciplinary and compliance measures as needed.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and people‑management skills.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple operational activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of fleet operations, truck dispatch, and transportation logistics.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
