About the role
Custodian Life Assurance Limited is seeking motivated individuals for two sales positions: Unit Manager and Business Sales Advisor. Both roles involve driving insurance sales and building client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and motivate a sales team (Unit Manager)
- Conduct insurance sales activities and meet targets
- Attend weekly business sales meetings (remote candidates attend office once a week)
Required profile
- B.Sc/B.A, HND, OND or NCE qualification
- For Unit Manager: minimum 2 years insurance sales experience and CIIN Agency Certificate
- For Business Sales Advisor: no prior experience required, training provided
Required skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- Ethical and professional conduct
