Financial Advisor (Hybrid, Lagos)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Financial Advisor to join our Lagos team on a hybrid basis. You will work directly with individuals and businesses to understand their financial objectives, evaluate their current situation and propose tailored insurance, investment and retirement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial plans and analyse market and product information for each client.
• Monitor client portfolios, provide ongoing advice and adjust recommendations as needed.
• Educate clients on Heirs Insurance Group’s range of products and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout the advisory process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and long‑term relationship management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver comprehensive financial planning and advisory services aligned with client goals.
• Strong knowledge of finance, investments and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are a plus.
• High integrity and ability to work independently and within a hybrid team environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial planning software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.
