Finance Manager

About the role

OneHealth is seeking a highly analytical and detail‑driven Finance Manager to lead financial modeling, reporting, and analytics across the organization. You will work closely with the Finance Controller to provide data‑driven insights that support strategic planning and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and scenario planning, supporting business cases for new products and market expansions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management performance reports, track KPIs, conduct variance analysis, and develop dashboards for real‑time financial visibility.
• Serve as a Finance Business Partner to Ops, Product, BD, and Sales, analyzing unit economics, supporting pricing strategies, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
• Support ERP and financial system optimization (Odoo), identify process gaps, implement automation tools, and maintain documentation of models and reporting standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA) are a plus.
• 4+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, analytics, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear financial stories.

Required skills

• Advanced financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
