Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities. You will ensure accurate financial statements, monitor cash flow, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure proper financial controls and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee accounting operations, including reconciliations, payables, receivables, and payroll.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Supervise and guide the finance/accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ICAN or ACCA (mandatory).
• Minimum of 7 years relevant experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and controls.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
