About the role
A scaling company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager/Controller to lead its finance function.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and controls
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash‑flow management
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators
- Supervise the finance/accounting team
- Advise leadership on financial strategy and risk
- Strengthen internal financial controls and processes
Required profile
- 6+ years in finance, with leadership experience
- ICAN/ACCA/CFA qualification
- Strong command of financial reporting standards
- Experience in a scaling company preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication
