Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to promote our solar solutions across Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State. You will be the face of Green Twist Energy, engaging directly with homes, businesses, churches, hotels and schools to drive clean energy adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in residential and commercial sectors.
• Present and sell solar products, highlighting benefits and cost savings.
• Follow up on leads generated from social media, referrals and walk‑ins.
• Conduct site visits together with the technical team to assess feasibility.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after‑sales support.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in a related field (SSCE with relevant experience may be considered).
• 1‑2 years of sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and confident.
• Must reside in Port Harcourt.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a smartphone and familiarity with WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of NGN 70,000.
• Commission of 5 % on every product and package sold.
