Field Mobilisation Officer

About the role

The Field Mobilisation Officer will engage young people in selected institutions and communities across several Nigerian states. You will explain a youth‑focused skills programme, guide participants through mobile registration, and help the project meet its outreach targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and mobilise eligible young people within assigned universities, polytechnics, colleges or communities.
• Explain the programme benefits and encourage participation.
• Assist participants in completing mobile‑based registration accurately.
• Follow up with individuals who have started but not finished registration.
• Achieve daily and weekly registration goals and submit activity reports.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful mobilisation.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, unemployed graduate, NYSC member or young job‑seeker.
• Resides near the assigned institution or community in Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Ondo or Osun states.
• Confident, friendly, energetic and comfortable approaching people.
• Owns a smartphone and can use mobile apps and online forms.
• Organised, goal‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced field environment.
