Fashion Specialist

About the role

The Fashion Specialist will provide expert styling advice and drive sales in a dynamic showroom environment. You will engage customers, create compelling visual content, and ensure the store reflects the latest fashion trends.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customers and deliver professional fashion and styling advice.
• Assist with suit selection, measurements, fitting, and colour combinations.
• Drive sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Create engaging fashion videos and social media content to promote products.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing showroom.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in fashion sales, retail, or a related role.
• Strong understanding and genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Good knowledge of colour combinations, measurements, fashion trends, and styling.
• Fashion‑conscious, presentable, friendly, and customer‑oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
