The Facilitator/Trainer Associate (0-2 years) delivers high-impact learning experiences that drive individual and organizational growth. The role covers designing, delivering and evaluating training programs tailored to diverse learning needs, using dynamic and inclusive teaching methods to ensure active engagement and knowledge retention. It also includes managing training logistics, collecting and analysing participant feedback and supporting learners after sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops and seminars using varied instructional techniques.
• Facilitate interactive learning sessions that encourage participation, critical thinking and practical application.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback through surveys and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Improve training content and delivery continuously based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, materials preparation and attendance tracking.
• Prepare and submit detailed training reports and documentation for review and planning.
• Provide ongoing guidance and support to participants to reinforce learning and skill use.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and training managers to align programs with organizational goals.
