Experienced Sales Associate - Medical Diagnostics

About the role

A full-time Sales Associate position in Lagos, focused on selling medical diagnostics products to hospitals, laboratories and corporate institutions. The role covers managing sales activity in a defined territory and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sales activities for the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
• Identify and engage potential clients such as hospitals, laboratories and corporate institutions needing specialized services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare regular sales reports, file required records and update the designated Managing and Supervising officer.

Required profile

• Minimum of a BSc; a life sciences background is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience selling medical diagnostics products.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organization and time management.
• Integrity and honesty.

What we offer

• Remuneration of NGN 100,000.
