Executive Sales Representative

About the role

BigM Concept and S Global LTD, a fast-growing distribution company that turns innovative product concepts into globally recognized brands, is hiring 10 Executive Sales Representatives. The role covers Lagos and surrounding areas, Abuja, the Eastern Region and the Northern Region, and involves finding new clients, engaging retail and wholesale customers and driving product sales in open markets, supermarkets and retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients such as supermarkets, open markets and retail stores
• Generate leads and close sales deals
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Track orders, payments and follow up on deliveries
• Ensure timely recovery
• Report regularly on field activity and market feedback
• Represent the company professionally and align with its brand values

Required profile

• Minimum of OND qualification; a degree is a plus
• 1+ year of field sales or FMCG experience preferred
• Familiarity with Lagos routes and markets
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
