About the role
A household executive chef is sought in Lagos, Marina, to prepare meals for a private employer. The position is full-time and requires a minimum of three years of proven experience as a professional chef.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare diverse local and intercontinental cuisines
- Plan weekly meal schedules according to the employer's preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Ensure proper storage of food supplies and ingredients
- Monitor kitchen inventory and restock as needed
- Maintain kitchen equipment in good working condition
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years' proven experience as a professional chef
- Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines, local and intercontinental
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Trustworthy, responsible and well-mannered
- Reliable and able to work full-time
