Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

Schull Group is looking for a sharp, organized, and professional Executive Assistant with a background in Law or Paralegal Studies to support its CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is detail‑oriented, and can manage both administrative and light legal/documentation tasks with discretion and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accompany the CEO on trips as needed.
• Draft, review, and organize official letters, contracts, and documents.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, partners, and external legal counsel on the CEO’s behalf.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive business and legal matters.
• Prepare meeting materials, board documents, minutes, and follow‑up action items.
• Represent the CEO’s office professionally in internal and external engagements.
• Handle general office and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Law or relevant paralegal experience.
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
• Must be based in Lagos or Abuja.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is an added advantage.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
