About the role
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the Chief Executive Officer, providing high‑level administrative and operational support. This on‑site position in Abuja requires a proactive professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations for the executive office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
- Track tasks and follow‑up actions across all internal teams and external vendors.
- Support property and household logistics, including vendor management and service coordination.
- Handle confidential communications, correspondence, and executive documentation.
- Assist with ad‑hoc projects and operational initiatives as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive or senior‑level administrative support.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
