Evidence, Measurement, Learning and Impact Director, Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) Nigeria

About the role

Prosper Global is seeking an Evidence, Measurement, Learning and Impact Director for its Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) Portfolio in Nigeria, a three-year Mastercard Foundation investment aimed at enabling 200,000 young Nigerians, especially young women, to access dignified and fulfilling work through climate-smart and nutrition-sensitive agrifood systems. The position is based in Abuja and leads the portfolio's evidence, learning, impact and adaptive management agenda, turning data and evidence into actionable intelligence for strategy, investment decisions and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for the portfolio's Evidence, Learning and Impact agenda, positioning data, evidence, technology and learning as strategic assets.
• Design and oversee a portfolio-wide Evidence, Learning and Impact ecosystem with harmonized data systems, shared services and real-time performance monitoring across consortium partners.
• Drive the use of analytics, digital platforms, participant feedback and market intelligence to inform strategy, adaptive management and program innovation.
• Lead the development of integrated digital systems, learning frameworks, research initiatives, impact measurement approaches and knowledge management platforms.
• Establish data governance frameworks, standards and protocols to ensure data quality, security and interoperability.
• Act as a member of the Portfolio Senior Leadership Team, giving evidence-based insight on resource allocation, risk management and innovation.
• Provide strategic oversight and capacity strengthening to partner organizations, and build partnerships with research institutions, governments and the private sector.
• Generate influential knowledge products, thought leadership and scalable models for partners, policymakers, funders and practitioners.
