ERP Implementation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Application Consultant with 1–2 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage 200 Evolution. The role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, configure ERP solutions, deliver training and provide ongoing functional support to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through client meetings and workshops.
• Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage 200 Evolution.
• Analyze business processes and recommend ERP best practices and improvements.
• Assist with system setup, data migration, testing, and go‑live activities.
• Provide end‑user training and prepare user documentation.
• Troubleshoot application issues and deliver functional support.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to resolve complex issues and implement customisations.
• Perform system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support month‑end and year‑end ERP processes for clients.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Sage 200 Evolution.
• Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and core business processes (finance, procurement, inventory, sales, warehouse).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or within a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
