English Business Account Evaluator (AI Personalization)

About the role

We are seeking a native‑level English speaker to join a 16‑week contractor project evaluating AI‑generated email responses. Working remotely, you will use your professional Google Workspace Gmail account to assess the relevance, accuracy, helpfulness and personalization of AI outputs based on real business email history.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated replies against professional email threads and determine their quality.
• Identify unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, or irrelevant recommendations.
• Compare multiple AI responses and select the stronger result.
• Provide clear, structured feedback following the project guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data‑privacy requirements.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in English.
• Minimum 2 years of professional work experience.
• Active Google Workspace (Corporate Gmail) account used regularly for business communication.
• Inbox containing primarily English emails with at least 1,000 messages.
• Gmail display language set to English.
• Willingness to use the business account for evaluation and sign the required consent form.
