Employee Relations Partner

About the role

The Senior Associate, Employee Relations Partner is an experienced case‑management specialist responsible for maintaining a fair, compliant, and high‑performance workplace culture. This role ensures employee‑relations practices mitigate risk while strengthening trust, engagement, and organizational integrity across Moniepoint’s global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, investigations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.
• Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners, and Legal teams to resolve complex employee‑relations cases with fairness, consistency, and business alignment.
• Support change‑management initiatives and culture programmes that promote open communication, inclusion, and psychological safety.
• Analyse ER trends and case data to identify root causes, drive preventive strategies, and inform policy updates.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date case records and ensure documentation meets standards required for internal audit or external legal challenges.
• Liaise with Legal, Internal Control, Compliance, and other functions on case‑specific matters, escalating appropriately per the established framework.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR or Employee Relations experience, including direct case management in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and employment practices; exposure to multiple geographies is a plus.
• Proven experience managing investigations, conflict resolution, and policy enforcement.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders confidently.
