About the role
Moniepoint is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the operational delivery of its early‑talent ecosystem, including university partnerships, hackathons, internships and graduate conversion programmes. The role works closely with the Senior TA Strategy & Enablement Manager to translate strategic vision into repeatable, high‑impact programmes.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a playbook for campus engagement through hackathons, tech talks, career fairs and community hubs.
- Run the annual early‑careers recruiting calendar, aligning outreach, assessments and start dates.
- Establish long‑term partnerships with universities, student societies and tech communities across Nigeria.
- Deliver a structured end‑to‑end internship experience, including recruiting, pre‑boarding, cohort programming and conversion.
- Partner with hiring managers to define project scopes, secure mentors and ensure meaningful work for interns.
- Design and manage application, screening and interview workflows in the ATS for high‑volume cohorts.
- Coordinate onboarding and Day 1 readiness with People Operations, IT and workplace teams.
- Mentor junior recruiters or coordinators as the early‑talent function expands.
- Track programme metrics (conversion rates, diversity, NPS, retention) and share data‑driven recommendations with TA leadership.

Required skills
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate evaluation tools.
- Experience in spreadsheet reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to create presentation decks for leadership reviews.
- Funnel analytics and metric‑tracking capabilities.
- Knowledge of university‑level talent ecosystems in Nigeria.
