E-Commerce Operation Manager

About the role

China Harbour Engineering Company is looking for an E-Commerce Operation Manager to lead the setup and launch of ANTA's e-commerce business in Nigeria. The role covers online store development, operational processes and platform integration, and sits in the manufacturing and warehousing industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup and launch of ANTA's e-commerce business in Nigeria, including online store development, operational processes and platform integration.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, including channel expansion, sales planning and profitability management.
• Oversee end-to-end marketplace operations, including product listing, pricing, promotions, advertising, inventory and order fulfilment.
• Plan and execute new product launches, major sales, campaigns and digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic, conversion and revenue growth.
• Establish performance KPIs to monitor sales and profitability, and build and develop the local e-commerce team as the business scales.
• Collaborate with merchandise, marketing, logistics and technology teams to ensure smooth operations and customer experience.

Required profile

• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
