Dispatch Manager

About the role

Gourmet Twist is looking for an experienced Dispatch Manager to lead delivery operations in Lagos and Abuja. You will oversee riders and drivers, ensure timely order fulfilment, and drive cost‑effective logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch and delivery operations, ensuring accurate and on‑time order delivery.
• Supervise riders, drivers, schedules, and delivery assignments while planning optimal routes.
• Monitor performance metrics, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and logistics costs.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Kitchen, Inventory, and Operations teams to guarantee smooth order fulfilment.
• Investigate delivery discrepancies, handle customer complaints, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, fleet management or delivery operations.
• Proven ability to manage rider and driver teams and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
