Director - Education & Learning

About the role

Cordoj Corporate Services is recruiting a Director for its education and training business in Lagos, Marina. The role leads the Academy and oversees education, training, examinations and student services, with a monthly salary range of NGN 400,000 to 600,000.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation's education and learning strategy.
• Lead the Academy and oversee education, training, examinations and student services.
• Design and update curricula, syllabi, learning pathways and professional programmes, ensuring they meet industry, regulatory, professional and global standards.
• Oversee the planning, administration, security, moderation and evaluation of professional examinations.
• Develop learning materials, digital platforms, blended learning and online education.
• Establish quality assurance systems and manage accreditation and compliance.
• Oversee student registration, progression, welfare, engagement, advising and grievance resolution.
• Build partnerships with universities, training institutions, professional bodies, employers and other organisations.
• Promote research, publications, conferences, continuing professional development and knowledge sharing.
• Lead and develop the Education & Learning team.
• Manage budgets, resources, reporting, governance and compliance.

Required profile

• A minimum of 6 years of experience.
• A minimum of a degree in a related field.
