Direct Sales Executive

About the role

The Direct Sales Executive will work on‑site in Lagos, driving new business for HENRIKEN CONSULTING. You will identify prospects, present tailored solutions, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify potential clients across target markets.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain strong post‑sale relationships and provide after‑sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Record sales activities accurately and stay updated on market trends.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with active listening skills.
• Proven customer‑service orientation and ability to satisfy client needs.
• Demonstrated sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and meeting targets.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts such as pricing and budgeting.
• Familiarity with insurance products or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, on‑site team environment in Lagos.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools.
