Direct Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Direct Sales Executive to join our team in Marina, Nigeria. In this full-time position you will spearhead customer acquisition and revenue generation for our IT & Telecom consulting services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and engage potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking and market research.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Deliver end-to-end customer service, from initial contact through post-sale support and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market needs.

Required profile

• Minimum OND qualification in any relevant discipline.
• At least 12 months of proven experience in a direct sales or business development role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from NGN 250,000 to NGN 400,000 per month.
• Performance-based sales commission up to NGN 300,000.
