Digital Print & Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Digital Print & Production Operator to join our team in Port Harcourt. The role involves operating and maintaining large‑format and digital printing equipment, ensuring high‑quality output and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large‑format printing machines, A3 DTF printers, shaker dryers, and print‑and‑cut systems.
• Run plotter/cutting machines such as Avante or similar models.
• Set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on all printing equipment.
• Ensure excellent print quality, colour accuracy, and meet production schedules.
• Prepare files for printing and oversee the production process from start to finish.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ hands‑on experience in a reputable print shop, branding, or digital printing company.
• Strong knowledge of large‑format printing, DTF printing, and print‑finishing processes.
• Good understanding of colour management and quality control.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Honest, reliable, and resident around Peter Odili Road, Okuru, Abuloma, Woji or nearby areas.
• Must provide two referees.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SignMaster.
• Proficiency in Maintop.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Adobe Illustrator proficiency is an added advantage.
