Digital Pharmacist

About the role

GoMed Nigeria is seeking a licensed Digital Pharmacist to serve as the clinical voice of its health‑tech platform. You will deliver real‑time telepharmacy consultations, verify digital prescriptions and guide patients toward safe OTC choices through various online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide free, real‑time clinical consultations and drug counseling via in‑app chat, website chat, phone and messaging.
• Review and validate digital prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with partner community pharmacies to route orders, monitor stock and guarantee proper dispensing.
• Assist customer‑support, fulfillment and delivery teams to resolve order delays or disputes.
• Review product catalogues and health articles for clinical accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D. with a current PCN license.
• Minimum three years of clinical or community pharmacy experience; telepharmacy experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to translate medical information into patient‑friendly guidance.
• Strong empathy, problem‑solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
