Digital Marketing Specialist – User Acquisition

About the role

TradeAviator is seeking a performance‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to attract new users daily and convert them into active traders on its fintech platform. The role is target‑based and ideal for candidates experienced in user acquisition and conversion strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate 20–30 new potential users daily to download and register on the TradeAviator App.
• Ensure at least 30% of registered users complete a trade each month.
• Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), WhatsApp and other platforms.
• Create engaging content, ads and promotional materials to attract target users.
• Engage potential users through DMs, comments, groups and online communities.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimise strategies and report metrics to management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, crypto or mobile app growth.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation.
• Ability to run both organic and paid campaigns.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience tracking and improving performance.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
