Digital & Media Executive

About the role

MarbleClear, a leading agribusiness, is looking for a Digital & Media Executive to drive its online presence. You will manage social media channels, collaborate with external agencies, and use data‑driven insights to boost brand visibility and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with appointed digital agencies to design and execute social media strategies aligned with crop cycles and marketing goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish targeted content on Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor audience engagement, platform performance, and competitor activity to continuously optimise campaigns.
• Build and nurture online communities by responding promptly to comments and inquiries.
• Analyse performance reports, translate data into actionable recommendations, and present updates to the Head of Marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper) in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and generate insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of agriculture or agri‑business marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics.
• Experience using Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling.
• Competence in Canva and Adobe Suite for content creation.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and content strategy.
