Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for HYLY Group and support Kaiglo when required. The role focuses on driving sales, revenue growth and customer acquisition through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on sales and revenue growth.
• Manage social media, content, SEO, email marketing, and paid campaigns.
• Generate leads, drive customer acquisition, and improve conversions.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to achieve business targets.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Manage marketing calendars, budgets and external partners.
• Identify new growth opportunities and customer acquisition channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or technology.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to connect marketing activities to sales.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
