Brand Executive (Below the Line, FMCG)

About the role

The BTL Marketing Executive will develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives that directly engage consumers and build brand loyalty. Working closely with the marketing team, the role focuses on promotions, events, and direct marketing to drive brand objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute BTL marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, in‑store activations, and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create engaging marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimise future initiatives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners for successful execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new engagement opportunities.
• Create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with passion for innovative marketing strategies.
