Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

The Digital Marketing Executive will lead the agency’s social media and paid media initiatives for client accounts and internal brand channels. Reporting to senior management, the role combines strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media frameworks, content calendars, and KPI tracking for client and agency accounts.
• Design and execute paid media strategies, handling media buying and deployment across digital channels.
• Prepare campaign budgets, job bags, and ensure adherence to cost margins.
• Produce accurate Proofs of Execution (POE) and Proofs of Cost (POC) for each campaign.
• Facilitate campaign debriefs, document learnings, and share performance data with stakeholders.
• Identify business development opportunities, craft media‑buying proposals, and contribute to pitch presentations.
• Monitor campaign profitability, maintain a minimum 36% profit margin, and oversee billing with account managers.
• Provide day‑to‑day client service, maintain communication, and ensure rapid turnaround on deliverables.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or media buying.
• Mid‑level professional with a proven track record of delivering profitable campaigns.
