Digital Marketer - Real Estate

About the role

A real estate company in Gwarimpa is looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to run its online marketing and lead generation. The role is onsite and covers paid advertising, social media, content, SEO and campaign optimisation. An understanding of the real estate industry is an added advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's real estate marketing and revenue objectives.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms.
• Generate qualified leads for properties, land and houses, and improve lead quality, conversion and customer acquisition.
• Grow the company's social media presence and create content for social media, websites, blogs and email campaigns.
• Work with the Creative, Customer Relations and Sales teams so leads are captured, followed up and converted.
• Run campaigns for new listings, promotions, events and inspections, and monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, cost per lead and ROAS.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, track website performance, SEO rankings and traffic, and run SEO strategies.
• Manage email and other digital communication campaigns, conduct market and competitor research, and report on results weekly and monthly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property, financial services or a related industry.
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, and a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email and content marketing.
• Proven ability to generate and manage leads through digital campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and organisational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
