Digital Growth Specialist

About the role

HillBridge Consulting is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to own the end‑to‑end lead funnel for our healthcare and wellness clients. This remote position will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution across social media, email, and content channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise lead capture mechanisms on Instagram, LinkedIn and email (landing pages, forms, DM funnels, newsletters, gated content).
• Define qualified‑lead criteria with leadership and track pipeline health against those standards.
• Create and publish educational Instagram posts and professional LinkedIn articles aimed at moving audiences toward lead actions.
• Engage with followers, direct messages and comments to convert interest into qualified leads.
• Develop segmented newsletter campaigns and automated workflows to nurture leads through cold, warm and ready‑to‑convert stages while maintaining healthcare communication compliance.
• Supervise and mentor a digital growth intern, assigning tasks tied to lead‑gen outcomes and providing weekly feedback.
• Collaborate with management on campaign calendars, strategic direction and lead targets, and report lead volume, quality and pipeline health to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or Klaviyo.
• Strong interest or prior exposure to the medical, wellness or healthcare sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain health concepts clearly.
• Proactive, highly organised and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
