About the role
The Development Sales Manager (DSM) drives the expansion of our shop model into new cities and oversees the acquisition of stores. You will manage the end‑to‑end process of launching a city, onboarding stores, and preparing them for sales‑assistant (SA) deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new cities within the assigned region.
- Conduct market research on phone markets, commercial hubs, and key account (KA) stores.
- Build relationships with local merchants and partners.
- Drive store onboarding and system registration.
- Negotiate cooperation terms with store owners and KA brands.
- Ensure stores meet installment business requirements and are ready for SA deployment.
- Coordinate with Sales Managers (SM) and Regional Managers (RM) for SA assignment.
- Track the first sales performance of newly onboarded stores.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales or channel development, preferably in POS, fintech, or mobile sectors.
- Strong knowledge of local markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
