Depot Finance Officer – Ibadan

About the role

The Depot Finance Officer will manage all administrative and financial activities within the depot, ensuring accurate reporting, control compliance and smooth sales order processing. This position works closely with the Depot Manager to support operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute administrative tasks and enforce key depot controls.
• Prepare KPI reports and manage the sales order process.
• Request and obtain approval for breakage transactions.
• Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts.
• Monitor inventory valuation and related financial impacts.
• Collaborate with the Depot Manager on financial matters.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND qualification.
• Minimum two years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and follow detailed instructions.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Adaptability to a changing environment and ability to achieve goals under stress.
