Deposit Mobilization Lead

About the role

Estrada International Staffing Solutions is seeking a Deposit Mobilization Lead to drive the acquisition and growth of customer deposits for its banking and micro‑finance clients in Lagos. The role focuses on developing strategies, building relationships with high‑value depositors and ensuring portfolio targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute deposit mobilization strategies to achieve monthly targets of ₦150‑200 million.
• Identify and convert prospects across individual, SME, corporate and institutional segments, promoting savings, current and fixed‑deposit products.
• Conduct market visits, networking and referral activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, increasing wallet share and retaining high‑value depositors.
• Monitor portfolio performance, prepare regular reports on acquisition and growth, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Ensure all acquisition and onboarding activities comply with KYC and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in liability generation, deposit mobilization, relationship management or business development within banking, micro‑finance or fintech, with a proven track record of meeting ₦150‑200 million deposit targets.
