Data Science Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Data Science Engineer to join our client on a contract basis. This remote position focuses on designing, building, and deploying machine‑learning models and data pipelines that power scalable AI solutions for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production‑grade data‑science models using Python and relevant libraries.
• Design and implement data pipelines for large‑scale dataset processing, training, and inference.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate models into production systems and APIs.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost‑efficiency in cloud environments.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy, reliability, and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and deploying machine‑learning models in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big‑data tools.
• Understanding of MLOps practices, including model monitoring and versioning.
• Strong statistical modeling background (regression, classification, clustering).
