Customer Support Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Customer Support Intern to join our team and assist customers through email, chat, and other support channels. You will gain practical experience handling product, account, and service‑related issues while collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams. This remote position offers exposure to real‑world support workflows and the chance to develop professional communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and other channels.
• Assist customers in resolving product, account and service issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Help develop and maintain FAQs, knowledge‑base articles and support documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to products and processes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Patient, empathetic and customer‑oriented.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and online productivity tools.
• Ability to work independently within a remote team.
• Professionalism, integrity and a willingness to learn.
